Lake Dow is a private 114-acre lake located just 35 miles south of Atlanta. The lake's use is restricted to homeowners who are members of Lake Dow Estates and Lake Dow North, providing for a very exclusive and private setting.

Property owners are free to enjoy the common areas, such as the boat landing and picnic area. Other nearby amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools, and the Georgia National Golf Club and course.

The Lake Dow Club

This members-only club is open to Lake Dow residents and visitors. It has a 21,000 square foot swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a newly-renovated fitness gym.

Local Farms and Parks

Southern Belle Farms is a family-owned farm just north of Lake Dow. Depending on the season, visitors can pick their fruits and vegetables right off the stem. There are seasonal attractions like corn mazes, hayrides, and pedal carts.

Heritage Park is excellent for walking, picnicking, or biking. Inside the park, there is a concert arena, a replica 1820s village, and a military monument & museum.
