Visitors can hike, bike, or horseback ride on the 2.2-mile trail. Sitting just a few miles south of Snowden Bay, Twelve Mile Swamp is sure to provide a day of fun.

Walking and biking are also welcome in the immediate Snowden Bay area.

St. Augustine is no joke either. The city offers a long list of exciting attractions for people of all ages. Founded in 1565 by the Spanish, this city comes with a lot of history. Make sure to visit the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument in St. Augustine. It is the oldest masonry fort in the United States. At over 315 years old, visitors who walk through the fortress walls are taking a trip through history.

The Guana River Wildlife Management Area spans the eastern side of the Snowden Bay area. Visitors will find waterfowl hunting, fishing, paddling, and wildlife viewing as well as miles of scenic roads for hiking and horseback riding.
